Susan Bennett

Susan Bennett, FCPA, FCA, possesses extensive expertise in audit and assurance, particularly in the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the accounting practices of large public mining companies. From June 2017 to June 2020, Susan served as the Managing Partner at Deloitte Canada's National Office, overseeing the Public Company Audit Practice, which included responsibilities for audit quality, strategic growth, and managing a team of over 100 Partners. Prior to this role, Susan held various positions within Deloitte, including Partner and Audit Manager, starting from June 2005 back to August 1999. Susan earned an MBA in Accounting from the Schulich School of Business at York University from 1991 to 1993 and a BA in Administrative and Commercial Studies from Western University between 1988 and 1991.
