Susannah Hill

Susannah Hill is the Director of Financial Services Reward at Deloitte UK, where they advise firms on regulatory guidance affecting reward and remuneration governance within the financial services sector. Susannah began their legal career at Baker & McKenzie LLP, training as a solicitor and later serving as an associate and senior associate in the Employee Benefits team. They also worked as a lawyer for the Treasury Solicitor's Department before joining Deloitte in 2015. Susannah holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Cambridge and has completed a Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
