Sylvia Groß is a non-life actuary with in-depth knowledge in actuarial functions, including reserving, pricing, risk, and reinsurance, as well as sustainability in the insurance industry. They began their career at Allianz, where they served as Deputy Team Lead in the Actuarial Function Non-Life from 2015 to 2018 and also held the role of Analyst Reserving. Following this, they worked as Manager of Insurance Consulting and Technology at WTW from 2018 to 2022. Currently, they are the Senior Manager of Actuarial and Insurance Services at Deloitte, a position they have held since 2022.
