Tanvi Doshi

Tanvi Doshi is currently a Human Capital Manager at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in Organization Design. They have previously worked as a Consultant at Deloitte and as a Business Analyst from 2018 to 2021. Prior to joining Deloitte, Tanvi served as an HR Consultant focused on Learning & Development and Organizational Development at Tata Consulting Engineers Limited from 2017 to 2018. They completed their Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development at the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune. Tanvi also gained experience as a Social Work Intern at Vijay Krida Mandal in 2016.
