Tara Macklin

Tara Macklin is a seasoned recruitment professional with a strong background in campus and early careers recruitment across various prestigious organizations. Starting with Phaidon International from June 2017 to September 2019, Tara specialized in recruiting for the Banking and Finance sector. Following this, Tara served as a Campus Recruitment and Human Resources Analyst on a fixed-term contract at Capco from September 2019 to July 2020, contributing to the financial services and energy industries. From September 2020 to January 2023, Tara held a role at PJT Partners, coordinating all aspects of campus and graduate recruitment. Recently, in December 2023, Tara took on two senior consulting roles at Deloitte. Academically, Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stellenbosch University and an Honours degree in Community and Counseling Psychology from the University of South Africa.
