Terry Hardesty

Terry Hardesty is currently a Deloitte-National Partner and Director of Relations at Deloitte, where they have been instrumental in fostering key partnerships since 2020. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Talent Officer for Audit at Deloitte & Touche LLP from 2014 to 2016 and were the Office Managing Partner in Nashville for over three decades, from 1986 to 2020. Terry earned a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from Arkansas State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arkansas State, where they continue their studies.
