Thoa Vo is a dedicated professional focused on enabling workforce transformation in Vietnam. Currently serving as an Organisation Transformation Senior Manager at Deloitte, Thoa supports clients across Southeast Asia in various aspects of organizational and cultural transformation. Prior to Deloitte, Thoa was the Director of Services at Lee Hecht Harrison Vietnam, where they collaborated with senior HR and business leaders to drive significant changes within organizations. Thoa's experience includes managing impactful projects with the United Nations Development Programme that improved access to e-government services in Vietnam. Thoa holds a Master’s degree in Management (International HRM) from Bristol Business School.
