Thomas John Yake

Thomas John Yake is a Government/Public Service Human Capital Consultant with extensive experience in education and recruitment. They served as the Lead Teacher at Omega Schools, Inc. from 2009 to 2011, and later became a Graduate Student Fellow at Education Pioneers in 2012. Yake held various managerial positions at Teach For America from 2012 to 2015, ultimately serving as the Director of Recruitment for Upstate New York. They have recently worked as a Senior Consultant and Manager at Deloitte from 2021 to 2023. Yake earned a BA in Economics and History from The College of William and Mary and holds two Master's degrees—one in Secondary Education from Arizona State University and another in the Economics of Education from Columbia University.
