Thomas Novy has a strong background in both technical and financial roles. At Penco Generators, Inc., from June 2018 to August 2021, Thomas served as a Generator Installation Assistant, gaining hands-on experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and industrial generators while collaborating with certified Generac technicians.
