Thomas Rotter

Thomas Rotter is an experienced professional with a background in management and engineering, holding a degree from Hochschule Rosenheim and a diploma in International Management from the University of Otago. They have served in various leadership roles, including as Chief Administrative Officer for Schaeffler Singapore Pte. Ltd. and Director of Program Management for Schaeffler Holding (China) Co., Ltd. Thomas has also held positions in Deloitte as a Director in M&A Value Creation Services, focusing on operational value creation. Currently, they are a lecturer in Corporate Transformation Management at FH Kufstein Tirol – University of Applied Sciences, sharing insights from their extensive industry experience.
