Tim Ackroyd

Tim Ackroyd is a strategic leader in workplace wellbeing and employee experience, with extensive expertise in talent management and business psychology. They began their career as a Research Assistant at Cancer Council Victoria, later transitioning to Deloitte, where they held various roles, including Senior Manager of Mental Health. In their current position at Deloitte Global, Tim develops global mental health strategies to foster mentally healthy environments for 415,000 employees. Tim is also pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London.
