Additionally, Tim has a background as the President of Pet Celebrations, overseeing all business operations, and held multiple management positions at Kellogg Company, where cost savings and operational efficiency were prioritized. Tim holds an MBA in Management & Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
