Todd Pierro

Todd Pierro is a Partner in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte, where they specialize in healthcare and life sciences mergers and acquisitions, as well as due diligence. Previously, Todd held the role of Associate Director of Valuations at US Oncology, overseeing all valuation and integration activities for an SEC company, and served as Director of Valuations at Apex Health. Todd began their career as a Senior Consultant at KPMG before transitioning into significant leadership roles in valuation and mergers and acquisitions. They earned a degree from Brown University and a Master of Science in Accounting from Bentley University.
