Tom Baens

Tom Baens is an accomplished professional with experience in risk advisory operations and supply chain management. Tom began as a consultancy intern at Rogers Corporation and later held the role of Project Leader at BAENS AFWERKINGSBEDRIJF. From November 2018 to October 2021, Tom worked as a Solutions Analyst at Colruyt Group, providing functional support and implementing new features in an ERP system. Following this, Tom served as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in supply chain operations, before advancing to the position of Manager in Risk Advisory Operations in June 2023. Tom holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering in Construction Technology from Universiteit Hasselt, earned Cum Laude, as well as a Master's degree in General Management from Vlerick Business School.
