Tom Berry

Tom Berry is the Insider Threat Lead at Deloitte UK, where they have been since 2014. Initially joining as a risk generalist, they have since built a specialized career focused on personnel security and insider risk, currently leading a diverse team dedicated to managing insider threat incidents. Tom has a strong academic background in international relations, holding a Master's degree in Security, Terrorism, and Insurgency from the University of Leeds. Before their tenure at Deloitte, Tom worked with Neath Port Talbot Council for Voluntary Service as a Youth Development Officer and gained customer service experience at Virgin Media.
