Tom Harding

Tom Harding is a skilled economist with a master's degree in Economics from the Barcelona School of Economics. Currently a Manager at Deloitte, they focus on macroeconomic policy and forecasting. Previously, Tom served as a Senior Policy Advisor at HM Treasury, where they led critical analyses for the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme and contributed to other significant fiscal projects.
