Tom Isom

Tom Isom is a Senior Manager at Deloitte, where they work within the Major Programmes group to tackle complex challenges facing clients in the Public Sector. Previously, Tom held various consulting roles at Deloitte, where they specialized in programme and benefits management for large-scale transformation initiatives. Tom began their career as an intern at RedQuadrant, gaining valuable experience in change management and business development. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Durham University, which they completed in 2014.
