Tom Lutz

Tom Lutz is a highly accomplished National Managing Director of Sales at Deloitte, where they lead a team of over 500 professionals and have consistently surpassed sales goals, achieving approximately $7 billion in sales. Previously, Lutz served as President at Oxford Solutions, where they established the Solutions Division and integrated acquired companies, and as President & Chief Operating Officer at ESP, where they transformed the company’s focus and significantly increased its market value. Earlier in their career, Lutz was the Senior Vice President of Sales at Technology Solutions Company, excelling in business development and achieving record sales. Lutz is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at Marist College.
