Tom Pernodd

Tom Pernodd is an M&A advisor with a primary focus on buy and sell-side M&A transaction and restructuring services. They have significant international experience in cross-border deals and global clients across the USA and EMEA. Currently, they serve as Partner and Head of M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte, where they also have held various leadership roles since 2002. Tom has expertise in M&A-related due diligence, business case evaluation, and acquisition risk management, with a particular emphasis on the Technology, Media, and Telecom sectors. They hold an MBA in Business Administration and Economics from Linköping University and a degree in Corporate Finance and Economics from the University of East Anglia.
