Tom Pritchard

Tom Pritchard is a seasoned leader currently serving as the Sr Manager of the Artificial Intelligence Operations team at Deloitte, where they focus on leveraging data to optimize operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Previously, Tom held several positions at Deloitte, including Sr Unified Communications Architect and Unified Communications Cloud Technology Integration Architect. They also served as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Miller Motte Technical College and contributed to education as a Teaching Assistant at Northwestern University. Tom earned an MS in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and an MS in Cyber Security and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, showcasing a commitment to continual learning and technological advancement.
