Tom Redway

Tom Redway is a Partner at Deloitte UK, specializing in the design, setup, and transformation of capital delivery organizations. With over 20 years of experience, Tom has worked with leaders to address complex challenges in major capital infrastructure projects across the UK, Africa, and Australia. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA from the University of Adelaide. Prior to their role at Deloitte, Tom served as a Senior Consultant at Turner & Townsend and began their career as a Graduate Engineer at Transfield Services.
