Tom Tose

Tom Tose is currently a Senior Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte, where they leverage their extensive experience in process optimization and project coordination. Previously, Tom conducted a process optimization internship at Biogen, where they identified pain points and implemented improvements that significantly enhanced approval processing. They also served as a Partner Onboarding Specialist at Uber, utilizing data to inform product strategies. Earlier in their career, Tom founded a peer-to-peer hosting platform for video games and gained valuable experience as a Distribution Associate at Mitek Sports Medicine. Tom is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations and Information Systems Management at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
