Tracy Gordon

Tracy Gordon is the Director of the Deloitte UK Centre for Corporate Governance, where they focus on raising awareness of governance developments for UK boards of directors. With a particular interest in audit committees and corporate reporting, they provide benchmarking advice to companies and are a frequent presenter at the Deloitte Academy. Tracy has contributed to many of Deloitte's publications on governance and participated in the development of the Women on Boards programme. Previously, they served in the Central Accounting Team at HM Treasury and supported the CEO at the Accountancy Foundation during the UK's response to the Enron scandal.
