Troy DeWitt

Troy DeWitt is a Senior Manager at Deloitte, bringing over 20 years of experience in Federal government consulting, with expertise in strategic planning, program monitoring and evaluation, process improvement, financial improvement and audit readiness, and macroeconomic modeling. They have successfully implemented projects both within the continental U.S. and internationally for Civilian and Defense organizations. Troy holds a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Oberlin College, along with certifications in Project Management and Government Financial Management. Prior to Deloitte, Troy served as a Manager at Deloitte Consulting and Vestige Consulting, and as an Economist at Robert D. Niehaus, Inc.
