Varinder Allen

Varinder Allen is the Director of Employment Tax Pensions at Deloitte UK, where they have served since 2012. Prior to this role, Varinder worked as a Senior Manager in Global Employer Services (Pensions Reward) at Deloitte and as a Tax Manager in Human Capital Reward at Ernst & Young from 2006 to 2011. Varinder began their career as an Assistant Manager in Private Client Services at Deloitte from 2001 to 2006. Varinder holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Southampton and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law (Guildford).
