Veronica Melian

Veronica Melian is a Managing Partner in People & Purpose and a Chair of the Board of Directors at Deloitte Consulting AG, currently serving as a Human Capital Partner at Deloitte Switzerland and a member of the Swiss Executive team. With a consulting career that spans 25 years, Veronica focuses on helping organizations thrive through their human capital, addressing challenges such as ongoing disruption and the evolving future of work. Previously, they held significant roles including Americas Human Capital Leader and Global Leader for Culture Services at Deloitte. Veronica is pursuing a PhD in Human Resources Psychology from the University of Valencia and has earned an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from The Ohio State University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Accounting from Universidad de la República.
