Victor E. Doak

Victor E. Doak is a Senior Manager at Deloitte AS, specializing in IT infrastructure, IT security, and advisory services. With a strong background in IT and information security, they served as a Major in the U.S. Army for a decade, where they earned recognition for developing an IT system for training and logistics. After relocating to Norway, they held positions at Nor-Cargo as Head of IT and at Bergheim, where they oversaw daily network and application operations. Since joining Deloitte in 1997, Victor has also been involved in IT forensics related to high-profile investigations. Victor holds a BA in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Oklahoma.
