Vikas Dhand

Vikas Dhand is a seasoned supply chain and manufacturing transformation leader with a robust background in business transformation and digital supply chain management. They began their career at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. as a Junior Manager focused on SAP-enabled transformations and later served as a Quality & Process Control Analyst. Vikas has been with Deloitte since 2013, where they ascended from Senior Consultant to Managing Director, driving strategy and fostering client relationships while managing team development. Currently, Vikas is pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and a Business Analytics program at Harvard University.
