Wade Horn

Wade Horn has over 30 years of experience in health and human services, currently serving as the Human Services Segment Leader for Deloitte’s State and Local Public Sector Practice. In this role, they are responsible for the performance of various human services offerings and driving specific strategies and investments. Previously, they held the position of Assistant Secretary for Children and Families at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from 2001 to 2007, overseeing numerous federal programs aimed at improving child welfare and family self-sufficiency. Wade has also served in various leadership roles within HHS and has contributed to multiple national commissions. They are pursuing a BA from American University and hold a Ph.D. in Clinical-Child Psychology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
