Wayne Liu

Wayne Liu, CPA, CGMA, is a Director at the Deloitte Taiwan Global Capital Markets Group, where they focus on auditing, accounting, and advisory services for clients in various industries, including semiconductors and technology. They joined Deloitte in December 2019 and have since advanced to Director, drawing on their extensive background in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting. Prior to Deloitte, Wayne gained significant experience in financial statement audits and reviews at KCCW Accountancy Corp. and held a Controller position at Everlight Americas, Inc. They hold a Master of Science in Accountancy from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Soochow University. Wayne is also an active member of the AICPA, California Society of CPAs, and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CGMA).
