Wil Carroll has over two decades of experience working with government agencies to enhance citizen services. As the leader of Deloitte's Government & Public Services Innovation & Platform team, Wil guides projects from ideation through product launch, having initially joined Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in 2000. Throughout their career, Wil has expanded their expertise to various areas, including Medicaid Claims systems and health technologies, and has contributed to numerous publications. With a deep passion for outdoor pursuits, Wil resides in Montana with their family and has been a head staff member for the Pan Mass Challenge for over 25 years. Wil holds a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University and an MBA from The College of William and Mary.
