Will Hatcher

Will Hatcher is an Associate Director at Deloitte UK, where they focus on delivering large, data-driven technology programs for manufacturing clients. A graduate of Magdalene College, Cambridge, they earned an MEng in Manufacturing Engineering with Honours and Distinction. Previously, Will held various roles at Deloitte, progressing from Analyst to Senior Manager, and has experience in process improvement from internships at Edwards and Princes Limited. They also served as Team Leader for Full Blue Racing, managing a team of around 40 to design, build, and race a competitive Formula Student car.
