Will Parton

Will Parton is a Director in Deloitte’s Equity and Incentives practice, where they advise on management equity and employee share scheme arrangements with a focus on tax implications for companies and management teams. They have worked at Deloitte for over a decade, progressing from Associate to Associate Director before assuming their current Director role in 2023. Will holds a Law LLB with a 2:1 from King's College London and is a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser, as well as a member of the Association of Tax Technicians.
