Winston Wing graduated with a BA in International Studies from The Johns Hopkins University and holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Arizona State University. Currently, they serve as a Lead Management Consultant at Deloitte, where they apply their expertise in business strategy, research, and Spanish to address client challenges. Previously, Winston held positions such as Public Policy Fellow at Alameda County Office of Education and Educational Consultant at Leadership for Educational Equity, focusing on educational policy and initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Additionally, they contributed as a Program Manager at the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship, enhancing youth-centric entrepreneurship programs and fostering partnerships with educational institutions.
