Xiaofei Li

Xiaofei Li is currently a Senior Manager in Business Tax at Deloitte LLP, where they research and analyze various tax issues, structure tax transactions, and manage relationships with clients. Previously, they worked at Grant Thornton LLP as a Senior Accountant in Assurance Services from 2007 to 2013 and held positions at PwC and BDO as a Senior Tax Associate and a Tax Manager, respectively. Xiaofei obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) in Accounting from Mount Allison University and is pursuing further qualifications as a CPA. Their long-term goal is to become a tax specialist focusing on corporate reorganizations related to mergers and acquisitions.
