Xiaolei Lu is a Senior Manager in Learning & Development at Deloitte, where they have worked since 2013, focusing on aligning learning strategies with business goals and developing talent across various career stages. Previously, they served as a Tax Manager at Deloitte from 2006 to 2013, specializing in transfer pricing and providing advisory services to multinational corporations. Xiaolei holds a degree in Financial Management from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and a Master's in Economics from the University of Warwick, along with experience at the University of Southampton. They have successfully launched Deloitte Tax eCampus, an online learning platform for tax technical courses, enhancing learning opportunities for the public.
