Jonathan Dai is a seasoned Data Architect at Deloitte Digital with a focus on the technology industry since February 2022. Previous roles include Functional Lead in the transportation sector, where assessments of VoC capabilities were conducted for senior leadership, and strategic roadmaps for improvement were provided. As a CJA Product Owner in financial services, Jonathan delivered Adobe Customer Journey Analytics from the ground up, while also managing JIRA boards and defining product requirements. Experience as a Product Business Analyst in hospitality resulted in significant revenue growth, and program management roles included optimizing content strategies in technology and telecom. Prior work at Brillio, Wunderman Thompson, The Designory, and Beyondsoft equipped Jonathan with extensive expertise in customer experience analytics, digital analysis, and data visualization across various industries. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in American History from the University of California, Riverside, and further education from General Assembly.
