Lin Kim

Lin Kim is a Senior Manager at Deloitte Digital, specializing in service design with extensive experience across the full lifecycle. Previously, Lin worked as a Service Designer for Essex County Council, where they created a web-based manual for designing digital services and improved operational efficiencies. Lin has also held positions at Tata Consultancy Services and Ahn-graphics Ltd., contributing to various digital marketing and design projects. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design at Konkuk University and have obtained a Master's in Service Design from the Royal College of Art.
