Aaron Brown is a creative and results-focused learning leader with extensive experience in organizational design, leadership development, and change management. Currently serving as a Leadership Development Manager at Deloitte since 2022, Aaron oversees coaching and performance management while developing impactful learning programs for over 180,000 employees. Previously, Aaron founded Delve, Inc., and held leadership roles at DISH Network and Kaplan Test Prep, where they contributed to significant organizational growth and learning strategies. Aaron holds a Master’s of Theological Studies from Iliff School of Theology and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from Colorado College.
