Aaron Hinds

Aaron Hinds is a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, focusing on State and Local projects since 2018. They previously held positions as a Solutions Architect at BIAS Corporation from 2016 to 2017 and as Director of Unemployment Insurance at the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions from 2017 to 2018. Prior to this, Aaron served as Chief Information Officer at the same department from 2011 to 2013 and worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at Oracle from 2013 to 2016. Aaron's earlier experience includes IT Project Manager roles with the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center and Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc., along with the role of Network Architect. They earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from The University of New Mexico between 1998 and 2004.
