Abdul Kaleel

Abdul Kaleel is currently the Associate Director at Deloitte, specializing in R&D and Patent Box Tax reliefs. They previously served as a Tax Consultant at Deloitte, where they advised businesses across various sectors on similar tax relief matters. Prior to that, Abdul was a Tax Manager at SHORTS, providing expertise on R&D and Patent Box tax reliefs from 2016 to 2021, and worked as a Tax Inspector for HM Revenue & Customs, focusing on tax evasion and non-compliance from 2015 to 2016. Abdul earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Sheffield Hallam University in 2015.
