Achintiya D. holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Bangalore University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management at Symbiosis International University. In their recent role as Senior Executive in Learning and Development at Deloitte, they facilitate onboarding for over 100 new hires weekly and support the design of leadership programs. Previously, Achintiya completed internships at Publicis Groupe, Karya Consultants Private Limited, and The Indian Hotels Company Limited, where they developed skills in data analysis, candidate engagement, and customer service.
