Adam Batson

Adam Batson is a director in the Energy, Resources and Industrials M&A team, where they support companies through complex transactions such as IPOs, carve-outs, and demergers. Previously, Adam held managerial roles at Deloitte in both New Zealand and the UK, focusing on audit and reporting services, as well as private equity. Adam earned a 2.1 degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Outside of work, Adam has transitioned from playing rugby to competing in Olympic distance triathlons, completing a half ironman in 2024.
