Aditi Basu is an Associate Director and Transformation Lead in the Private Sector at Deloitte U.K. With over 12 years of consulting experience, Aditi has specialized in supply chain transformation and SAP implementation across various global clients, particularly in the consumer products and retail sectors. They founded 'Women in Consulting' at Deloitte and are actively involved in inclusion initiatives within the firm. Aditi is currently leading the BRIM-RAR implementation and delivery for a global client while managing risk, budget, and team resources. They hold a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a PGPM in Marketing.
