They previously served as the Manager of Application Architecture at Deloitte and have held several technical and leadership roles at organizations like Kaman Distribution and The Hartford. AJ D. possesses an extensive academic background, holding a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and a Master's in Computer Information & Technology from Central Connecticut State University. Additionally, they contribute to education as an Adjunct Professor at both Prince George's Community College and Baltimore City Community College. Their early experience includes positions as a Research Student at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and as a Help Desk Technician at Traveler’s Insurance Company.
