Alex Yeates, MBA, is an Associate Director in Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice. With a diverse background, Alex previously held the role of Senior Manager at Capgemini Invent and worked as a Business Improvement Consultant at BT, where they led significant cost transformation initiatives. Alex's educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in progress and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, both from The Open University, where they have also earned a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with Systems Practice.
