Alison Rogish is currently serving as Deloitte’s first female Marketplace Leader for Central Virginia, where they work with leadership across various sectors to enhance client service and community impact. With over 20 years of experience at Deloitte, Alison has specialized in building strong relationships with financial services clients and advocating for women’s leadership in the industry. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. Alison is also the founder and executive sponsor of DC Spark: Financial Services, aiming to connect and inspire executive women in the Greater Washington, D.C. area. Residing in Richmond, Virginia, they enthusiastically support their children in various sports as a dedicated parent.
