Alka Singh

Alka Singh is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in Project Management within the PM Gati Shakti Department. With over 12 years of experience in infrastructure projects, particularly in roads and railways, Alka's expertise includes project appraisals, cost control, scheduling, and monitoring. Alka previously held various roles at Larsen & Toubro, including Planning Manager for the Mumbai Ahmedabad High Speed Rail project, and served as a Lecturer in Civil Engineering at Sigma Group of Institutes. Alka holds a Post Graduate degree in Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure Management from the National Institute of Construction Management & Research and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
