Ally Berdan is a motivated Strategic Human Resources professional currently working as a Senior Consultant in Corporate Development and Employee Experience at Deloitte. With a B.S. in Supply Chain and Information Systems from The Pennsylvania State University and an M.S. in Human Resources Development from Villanova University, Ally has dedicated their career to enhancing the employee experience through organizational change management. Additionally, they own (un)explore, LLC, a small business focused on wellness-oriented adventure trips. Currently pursuing an Associate Certified Coach certification through Brown University, Ally is also an avid adventurer and National Park enthusiast, striving to visit all 50 states and 63 National Parks while fostering community and self-discovery.
