Amanda Hilse

Amanda Hilse is the Head of Engagement Controlling at Deloitte, where they have been a Senior Manager since 2022. They previously held various roles at Deloitte Deutschland and served as a Senior, Associate Manager, and Manager. Before joining Deloitte, Amanda worked as a Finanzbuchhalterin at Nexfilm and as a Werkstudentin at MTU Maintenance. Amanda's career began at Apollo Sports Club as Teamleiterin Service & Sales from 2009 to 2014. They hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Management from Deutsche Hochschule für Prävention und Gesundheitsmanagement.
